Restoration of the Bartok Cabin has been accomplished in part with the revenues from a summer series of so-called "Bartok Concerts." A whole series of professional musicians have donated their services in support of Historic Saranac Lake's work to preserve the Bartok Cabin and the story of Bartok in Saranac Lake. (These concerts do not necessarily include any of Bela Bartok's music.) Especially in recent years, the concerts have usually taken place in the music room at Cobble Spring Farm, Bloomingdale, NY, thanks to the private owners.
