Berkeley Delicatessen was at 7 Broadway from 1950 to 1974, after which the owners, Bea and Don Hall, took over La Petite Restaurant at 154 Lake Flower Avenue.

Farewell to Don and Bea Hall who leave the Berkeley Delicatessen this week to enter the motel and restaurant business at 154 Lake Flower Ave., formerly La Petite with George Lambos, proprietor. The opening date is uncertain. Don and Bea have been on Berkeley hill for the past 15 years. Homemade bread and pastries, their specialties, have been eagerly sought by faithful customers. All good wishes to them for success in their new venture.
