Plattsburgh Daily Press, May 19, 1932 PENDER - WHITMAN Announcement was made here yesterday of the marriage of Miss Blanche Whitman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin S. Whitman of 22 Ampersand avenue, Saranac Lake, and Frank Pender, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Pender of Dannemora, at Tully, N Y., April 30.
The attendants were Miss Mary Mahan and Dennis Herlicke both of Tully.
The bride is a graduate of Saranac Lake high school and Plattsburgh Normal school. She has been teaching in the Central City Business school in Syracuse. The bridegroom was graduated from Mount Assumption Institute in Plattsburgh and Plattsburgh Normal School. He is now assistant principal of Morrisonville high school.
The couple will make their home in Plattsburgh, after August 1.
