Bouck's Sandwich Shop, also known as Bouck's Delicatessen, was founded by Rodger Bouck. It was at 28 Broadway and served salads, sandwiches, ice cream and candies according to an advertisement in the program for an October 3 and 4, 1928 Odd Fellows Minstrel Show.

In an interview with Mary Hotaling, Marge McLaughlin (Mrs. Hugh) remembered Bouck's because her family lived across the street from it and she often went in.

Bouck's occupied the third storefront from the corner on the Broadway side in the old Berkeley Hotel. It was the same storefront that the Berkeley Restaurant occupied later on, in the 1970s. It looked out on Berkeley Square, and you could see everything that was going on in the center of town from there. Also in the Berkeley at the same time as Bouck's were Hugo's Hat Shop, nearest the corner, and Cheeseman's, next door to Bouck's, which sold magazines and candy.
