Mrs. Lottie Weir Funeral Rites Today
Mrs. Lottie Weir passed away Saturday at a local nursing home following a long illness.
She was born on June 23, 1883, in Bloomingdale, the daughter of Eugene and Ida Towne White. She was the widow of James M. Weir, who died in 1945.
The body is reposing at the Fortune Funeral Home, where services were held at 2 p.m. today, wiih the Rev. Lionel Driscoll officiating. Interment followed in Brookside cemetery, Bloomingdale.
Survivors include a son, James, of Bloomingdale, a daughter, Mrs. Winifred Smith of Little Valley, a sister Mrs. Ida Flanders of Syracuse. There are three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Paul Sheen, Rufus Weston, Edward Leib and Gerald Woodruff.
