Coogan's Restaurant Opens at Saranac Lake
Steaks, chops and sea food are to be featured at Coogan's restaurant, 76 Broadway, Saranac Lake, which opens for business tomorrow morning. Popular priced luncheons and dinners and a la carte service will also be provided.
The restaurant will be managed by John Graham, former manager of the Crossman House, Thousand Islands and the Shark River Hills hotel at Asbury Park.
Booths, tables and counter maybe found at the new eating place as well as private dining rooms.Maurice Behaert, the chef, has served in that capacity at the New Willard, Washington, D. C., Greenbrier hotel at White Sulphur Springs and other well known hostelries.
