Foster and Matthews, Melvin Foster and Andrew Matthews, proprietors, did plumbing, heating and sheet metal work at 20 Lake Flower Avenue, according to an advertisement in the program for the St. Bernard's Club's Minstrel Review, circa 1930. For emergencies, they had "a man on duty every hour of the day and night."
