Frank J. Lezak was a World War II veteran. He was a son of Frank M. and Augusta Kulasak Lezak. His family operated Lezak's Store in Ray Brook.

SARANAC LAKE - Frank J. Lezak, 52, of Ray Brook, a life long resident, was pronounced dead on arrival Thursday morning at the General Hospital of Saranac Lake.
He was born Jan. 15, 1925, in Ray Brook, the son of Frank M. and Augusta Kulasak Lezak.
Surviving are his wife, the former Rita Caron; five daughters: Mrs. Karen de Ogburn of Boston, Miss Betty Lezak of Monsey, Leslie Lezak of Saranac Lake, and Jan Lezak and Joan Lezak both of Ray Brook; one grandson, David of Saranac Lake; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Lezak had been a clerk-checker at the Church Street Grand Union since August, 1965. He was a veteran of World War II.
Friends may call at Fortune Funeral Home at 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
A Bible Vigil will be said at 7:30 this evening. A Mass of the Resurrection will be said Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church. Interment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery.
Friends may make memorial contributions to the Heart Fund.
