Dr. George Gordon Graham, a native of Lima, Peru, came to Saranac Lake for his health in 1951. He was a son of Charles Stewart and Angelica (Gomez de la Torre) Graham.
He had been living with his wife Simone and three young children in Philadelphia, where he was pursuing pediatric training at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. George cured at the Trudeau Sanatorium, and ten months later returned to Philadelphia.
