GEORGE HAZARD DIES; NATIVE OF SAINT ARMAND

George Williams Hazard, 79, native of the Town of Saint Armand, passed away yesterday morning at his home at 73 Broadway.

Mr. Hazard was born on Aug. 23, 1889, the son of the late Alexander and Elizabeth Bailey Hazard. His wife is the former Miss Mary Elizabeth Morehouse.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Washington of Washington, D. C. Mrs. Jane Snead of Jersey City, N. J., and Mrs. Gertrude Council of Asbury Park and one son, Oscar Hazard of the Bronx.

The body will repose at Fortune Funeral chapel at 40 Church street and services will be conducted from the chapel at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon by the Rev. Ernest B. Mounsey, rector of the Church of St. Luke the Beloved Physician. Burial will be held in Brookside cemetery, Bloomingdale.
