Goose Island is a 1.4-acre island in Lower Saranac Lake; it is 100 yards south of Duck Island, and about seven tenths of a mile west of Bluff Island. There is also a "Goose Island" in Upper Saranac Lake. There is one campsite on Goose Island. (Note: This island is labeled "Goose Island" on the Tent Platform Permit Holders map.)
