Services said for Mrs. Hannah Feinberg
SARANAC LAKE — Funeral services were to be conducted here this afternoon for Hannah Feinberg, 87, of 104 Park Ave, who died at her home Sunday, Sept. 27.
Rabbi Selig Auerbach was to officiate at the 2 p.m. funeral at the Fortune Funeral Home. There were no calling hours.
Burial will be at Mount Ararat Cemetery in Farmingdale, Long Island.
Mrs. Feinberg was born in Brooklyn on April 30, 1900, the daughter of Samuel and Fannie (Schoenberger) Jacobs.
She moved to Saranac Lake in 1926. Her husband, Harry, died April 14, 1983.
The Feinbergs operated the Hiland Beverage Company, Inc. [sic] from 1933 to 1972.
Survivors include one son, Philip Feinberg of Saranac Lake; one daughter, Mrs. Melvyn (Maxine) Bergman of New Rochelle; four grandchildren, Wayne A. and Lisa A. Feinberg and Keith and Eugene Bergman; and one great grandson, Elijah Bergman.
Donations in Mrs. Feinberg's memory may be made in care of the funeral home to the Saranac Lake Rescue Squad or the Lake Placid Synagogue.
