Other information: A Tudor Revival-style house designed by Scopes and Feustmann. Ruth Collins, the head nurse in the infirmary at the Adirondack Cottage Sanatorium, operated the cottage in 1910.

The Helen Scopes Turner Cottage is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing element to the Cottage Row Historic District.
