Other information: A Colonial Revival-style house built in 1910 by Charles R. Henderson, Jr., a health-seeker. The house eventually became the property of his sister, Janet Louise Henderson, who is listed there in village Directories from 1933 to 1954. Martin J. Fitzpatrick is listed from 1965 through 1969.

TB Society Annual Report, 1907: 154 Park Avenue is the home of C. R. Henderson, Jr., the first secretary and treasurer of the T.B. Society.
