On March 31, 1906, Henry H. Tousley formed Walton and Tousley Hardware, Inc. with William A. Walton; he also owned the Tousley Building. He also operated H. H. Tousley's Fancy Groceries. H. H. Tousley married Milo Miller's only child, Mary M. Miller.
When Milo Miller died in 1917, he left such a large estate that it was incorporated for administrative purposes, an incorporation that is still listed in the telephone book; the first president of the Milo B. Miller Estate was H. H. Tousley.
Henry and Mary Miller Tousley are buried in the "Miller lot," in section L 111 of Pine Ridge Cemetery.

H. H. Tousley, of Saranac Lake, formerly in the grocery business there, has filed a petition in bankruptcy, with unsecured liabilities of $3,176 and exempt assets of $250. Among the nine creditors are L. Kernochan, $1,436; Duryee & Co., $77; Charles J. Greenough, $65; and Boyce & Roberson, $68, all of Saranac Lake. Francis H. Leggett & Co., of New York, $918; F. A. Clark of Brushton, $185; Anthony & Jones of Utica, $324; D. Dickinson & Co., of Malone, $88; and Cora Cram of Keene, who has a small claim.
