MRS. J. BROWN DIES IN B'DALE

Mrs. Jeanette M. Brown, wife of James C. Brown, died late Saturday evening at her home in Bloomingdale, following a long illness.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from the Currier Funeral Chapel, where the body is reposing. Rev. Norman M. Moss will officiate. Burial will be in St. John's in the Wilderness Cemetery, Paul Smiths.

Mrs. Brown was born August 19, 1892 in Malone, the daughter of Wilbur H. and Minnie Currier Cox. On June 15, 1915 she was married to Mr. Brown in Saranac Lake.

She was a member of the Bloomingdale Methodist Church, the WSCS Friendship Class and the Bloomingdale unit of Home Bureau <http://rmc.library.cornell.edu/homeEc/5formats/homebureau.html>

The couple lived in Harrietstown and Gabriels previous to moving to Bloomingdale some 25 years ago.

Besides her husband, survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Kreymborg, of Southampton, L. I.; a son, Richard, of Bloomingdale; a brother Floyd Cox, of Malone, two grandchildren, Claire and James Kreymborg, of Southampton, several nieces and nephews.
