Widow of a Guide Kathryn Clark, Dies
Mrs. Kathryn Clark died last evening at Saranac Lake General Hospital at the age of 92.
Mrs. Clark was born March 14, 1869 in Brandon, a daughter of John and Joseph Williams King. She was the widow of John R., a guide in the Bartlett Carry area, who died in 1935. Mr. and Mrs. Clark had made their home here since their marriage 74 years ago. Most recently, she lived with her daughter, Mrs. Jessie Hill of 12 Pontiac Street, Saranac Lake.
Besides Mrs. Hill, Mrs. Clark is survived by Mrs. Amy O'Connell of New York City and two grand children. There will be a funeral service tomorrow at 2 p. m. at the Fortune Funeral Home, with the Rev. Peter O. W. Hill, rector of St. Luke's Church, officiating. Burial will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery.
