MRS. HARRIGAN, LONG ILL, DIES
Mrs. Lauretta Harrigan, resident of Saranac Lake for the last 35 years, died at her home, 1 Dorchester rd., this morning following a long illness.
The body will repose at the chapel of A. Fortune and Co. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
Mrs. Harrigan was born in Malone on April 22, 1898, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Aubrey. For many years she worked as a practical nurse on private cases as well as on the staff of Variety Club-Will Rogers Hospital.
At a ceremony performed in Saranac Lake St. Bernard's Church in 1920 she became the bride of Michael Harrigan, who survives. The couple had one daughter, Bernadette, and two sons, Michael and Ronald, all of Saranac Lake. Survivors also include four sisters, Mrs. Lucille Johnston, Mrs. Beatrice Baird, Mrs. Gertrude White and Mrs. Patricia Bjorkland, and two brothers, Clarence and Francis Aubrey, all of Springfield, Mass. There are also several nephews and nieces.
