Ruth Marshall Billikopf was the daughter of Louis Marshall and the wife of Jacob Billikopf. She died of cancer at age 39, at Knollwood, where she spent the summers of her youth.

LAKE SARANAC, Aug. 10 (JTA) –
Mrs. Ruth Marshall Billikopf, only daughter of the late Louis Marshall, died Saturday at her summer home Knollwood. She was 39. 1
Mrs. Billikopf was prominent in East Side settlement house work in New York before her marriage 14 years ago. 2 She is survived by her husband, Jacob, prominent Philadelphia social worker and chairman of the Industrial Arbitration Court; two children, Florence, 13, and David, 10, and three brothers, James, George and Robert Marshall.
