William McMaster of Saranac Lake and Mrs. Martha Stevens daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Lobdell of Saranac, N. Y. were married Wednesday afternoon April 22nd at the home of the bride. Rev. L. T. Cole of the Methodist church officiated in the presence of about twenty relatives and friends of the couple.
The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Leavitt of Gabriels N.Y. The ring service of the Methodist Church was used.
After the ceremony a luncheon was served to the guests, later Mr. and Mrs. McMaster left on a wedding tour. On their return they will reside on the farm of Mr. McMaster near Saranac Lake, where Mr. McMaster is a prosperous farmer.
Mrs. McMaster has resided in Saranac nearly all her life, and her many friends join in wishing her and Mr. McMaster a happy married life.

BIRTHDAY PARTY
A family dinner party was held yesterday to celebrate the 84th birthday of Mr. William J. McMaster at his home, 26 McComb street.
Mr. McMaster was born in Saranac Lake, on Forest Home road. It was also the sixth birthday of his grandnephew, Richard McDonald, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas McDonald, of Lake Colby.
His son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hayes, of Dannemora, arrived with a big birthday cake. Twenty-four relatives attended.
