You won't find many English-speaking hairstylists/barbers in Incheon. Your best bet for English service is in the IFEZ areas (Songdo, Cheongna) ... and maybe Bupyeong, or Arts Center. If you don't want to make the trip, show a photo of the hairstyle you want.

Nearly all hairstylists in Incheon are only used to straight/straightened or wavy hair. If your hair requires specific expertise, you should go to Seoul. Itaewon, Yongsan, and Hongdae would be more experienced with foreign hair.
