The Pardall Center is a community space run by Associated Students at 6550 Pardall Road, intended for both UCSB students and non UCSB students. It has "individual study spaces, group work areas, computer and basic printing facilities along with meeting spaces/times available for those needing a space to congregate."
It opened in April 2014 in the former location of Grafikart (a copy shop). The space costs $5000/month, funded by the general student fees that support AS.

The Isla Vista Tenants Union (website) has had an office upstairs in this building for a while. The second floor also hosts the A.S. Legal Resource Center.
