Conesus Lake is the westernmost of the Finger Lakes and located 25 miles south of Rochester accessible from I-390 south exit at Route 15 south.
From the Seneca name meaning "Always Beautiful."
The lake is eight miles long and one mile wide at its widest point, has a maximum depth of 65 feet,1 and a volume of roughly 43 billion gallons.
