Ever Green is a small organic farm that sells vegetables, eggs, chicken, and turkey at the Ithaca Farmer's Market. Their animals are all free range and consume grass, bugs, and certified organic feed. Turkey is sold by reservation only. The egg laying chicken hens roam through the unused vegetable blocks, providing natural pest management and fertilizer.
