Lauren received her massage certification from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, New York. She is both nationally certified and licensed by New York State. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Wellness and Alternative Medecine and has taken various other classes on topics related to health and spiritual well-being. She has completed additional training in Shiatsu (35 hours), Meridian Massage (100 hours), and Reiki Level 1. Her passion lies in helping others sink into grounding, supported stillness to allow their bodies and minds the opportunity to cleanse, recharge and realign.
