Kyushu Hibachi & Sushi Bar is a Japanese Restaurant near the Shops at Ithaca Mall. They feature both a teppanyaki grill, and the standard Japanese food (including sushi, tempura, teryaki, etc.). Teppanyaki is part performance and part food, you basically watch a skilled chef toss, catch, and even sometimes dance with your food on a giant flat top grill.
