The following is a partial list of Pilates classes and training studios in the Ithaca area:

  • Cornell Fitness Centers - generally offers around two different types of pilates classes per semester, one is a more traditional class while the other incorporates non traditional workouts using free weights, exercise balls, etc.
  • Sunrise Yoga Center
  • The Pilates Room - offers Pilates Mat and Reformer group training as well as private and duet instruction. Staff includes fully-certified instructors in both classical and contemporary styles.
