Mayura Indian Restaurant is an Indian restaurant in Palms. The eatery is owned by Padmini Aniyan from the South Indian state of Kerala. Ms. Aniyan says she flies to India every three months or so to get fresh spices for use in her restaurant. Pulitzer Prize–winning food critic Jonathan Gold lists Mayura Indian Restaurant on his "101 Best Restaurants".1
