Course Description  BP200 provides learners with an advanced introduction to beef cattle production. The course is for learners with basic knowledge of beef cattle or beef cattle production.  Ideally, learners enrolling in BP200 will have completed BP100 Introduction to Beef Cattle Production - Online.  BP200's language and terminology go beyond that presented in BP100; the concepts are also more advanced.  BP200 is an ideal program for learners with more than a passing interest in starting  beef cattle production.  BP200 is lecture-based using slides, videos, and workbooks compiled or created by Virginia Cooperative Extension.  

Learning Level  Advanced beginning farmer or diversifying producer.   

Bring to Class  Learning tools and aids for note taking and organization of hand-outs.
