Hey there, great work in Southampton so far!! You asked about development stuff via email -- we're in a mad rush to get to the "launch" point with the new LocalWiki, so a few things (like the front page on the dev site) are broken. For software development on the server backend, you can check out GitHub here: http://github.com/localwiki/localwiki. All current activity is happening in the "hub" branch.
