Dick's Market has a lot of gluten free and dairy free foods.
Market Place grocery store has a full selection of gluten free food and deserts. Frozen food and dry goods are located in their natural food section. Look in the bakery, next to the produce section for fresh bread, cookies, brownies, and donuts. The liquor section of the store offers gluten free ciders.
Wal-Mart Supercenter has gluten free options through-out the store. There is a small section of gluten free items in an aisle towards the meat section. Gluten free flour is located in the baking section. Gluten free cereals are located in the cereal aisle.
Aldi has gluten free options through-out the store.

Restaurants with Gluten Free Options

As always, gluten cross-contamination is an ever-present risk when choosing to eat-out. Always inform your server of your allergies so kitchens and staffs can take the necessary precautions.

Lucette Brewing Company has a gluten free crust option on the woodfire pizzas.
Acoustic Cafe has a gluten free wrap option as well as salads.
Marion's Legacy has coffee, chocolates, and gluten free muffins. They often have soups and salads that are gluten free.
Raw Deal has primarily raw foods, so they are largely gluten free. They do make beer though, so that isn't raw or gluten free.
Zanzibar has gluten free items marked on their menu.
Golden Leaf Cafe has a gluten free menu for breakfast and lunch.
