Jimbo's Shrimp Shack was a no-frills, old Florida establishment founded by James "Jimbo" Luznar in 1954 on Virginia Key. It was the place to go for smoked fish, cold beer, and bocce ball and most of all, relaxation. Jimbo's closed in 2012.
