502 Züm Main (operated by Brampton Transit) and 103 Hurontario Express (operated by Mississauga Transit) are the express bus routes running on Hurontario Street. Since September 2011, these routes serve as the only direct connection between Shoppers World and central Mississauga, replacing route 19 - Hurontario.
Route 502 runs between the City Centre Transit Terminal at Square One and Sandalwood Parkway via Shoppers World. Route 103 runs between Port Credit GO and Shoppers World, bypassing CCTT/Square One.

Both routes stop earlier than the corresponding local routes. When the routes are not running, passengers have to transfer between Brampton Transit route 2 and Mississauga Transit route 19 at the Hurontario and 407 Park and Ride lot.
