45 Winston Churchill is a bus route running mainly along Winston Churchill Boulevard between Clarkson GO and the Meadowvale Town Centre. The main 45 routing loops into Oakville to serve the AMC movie theatre complex at Bristol Circle while the rush hour 45A variant passes by Sheridan Mall and through the Sheridan Research Park instead.

History
Before September 2011, from Monday to Saturday, the route extended north of Meadowvale TC, with the 45 serving Terragar Boulevard and the 45A serving Financial Drive. The Terragar loop was incorporated into the new 90 - Terragar-Copenhagen Loop while the Financial loop was cancelled without any replacement.
