The City Centre Shuttle bus route was a supported by a partnership between Mississauga Transit and Square One Shopping Centre. Essentially the bus route started at the City Centre Transit Terminal and circumnavigated the City Centre. The bus used for this route was smaller then a regular full sized bus hence the term 'Shuttle'. Also if you only wanted to use the City Centre Shuttle it only cost a dollar to use. This route had unique bus stop signs that showed an outline of the Mississauga City Centre.

It was useful to some residents in the area however to due a significant lack of ridership the City Centre Shuttle bus route was discontinued on January 5, 2009.

Hopefully Mississauga Transit can bring this bus route back once the population density increases in the City Centre since there are a number of buildings under construction in the area.
