Sunday April 15th... this day in cat history

Once upon a time there was a cat named Merry.... and she used to get into ALL KINDS OF CrAzY! adventures. One Day, Merry was awoken by a strange noise... as a result Merry was not able to obtain her normal 20 hour nap. This greatly disgruntled Merry and she was determined to make up for lost sleepies. Naturally this led to the conclusion that Merry needed to construct a time machine to recover said lost sleepies.

So Merry trotted over to her daddy cat's office and found a watch, wires, and various other electronic equipment. 10 minutes later Merry had finished her time machine. Essentially it involved moving really quickly without time noticing Merry is not present, this would be achieved by Merry going to the local convenience store to buy some tasty treats and come back all the while the time would have elapsed. And since a trip to the local convenience store always takes a disporportionate amount of time, what you would think only takes 5 minutes is in fact a trip that feels like 5 YEARS!! Its all rather complicated, something like taking public transit OUTSIDE of mississauga on a statutory holiday.

Unfortunately Merry did not have enough change to buy said tasty treats, this created a rift in the cat time continuem and the time machine this caused everyone in the immediate vacinity to leap forward in time but only when they engaged in computer banking... The compound interest that resulted in the time dilatation resulted in a rash of Mississauga Multi-Millionaires overnight.

By the time Merry figured out what was going on, she couldn't help feel responsible for a sudden labour shortage. So Merry pulled the plugged on her time machine experiment. After all was said and done she ended losing even MORE SLEEPIES!!!!!!

Merry decided, leave it all alone and go back and have a nice 20 hour nap to sleep the whole thing off.

Friday September 7th... this day in cat history

Once upon a time there was a cat named Merry.... and she used to get into ALL KINDS OF CrAzY! adventures. One Day, woke up after her usual 15 hour nap and trotted over to the window. She noticed that the air looked a little foggy. Merry thought she must need to wash her face, so she proceeded to wash her face. Hoping this would clear up her vision but when she looked back out the window, nothing had changed. This ALARMED Merry. Being a cat she relied on her senses to get her in and out of all the adventures she goes on.

Naturally Merry decided to go see and eye doctor. Merry walked over to the phone book and clawed it open. Merry thought she should just skip over regular doctors and go right to the top. So she started at the letter 'A' in the phone book. She started dialing, the first 189 phone numbers she called did not understand what Merry was asking for, they thought it was a crank call and hung up.

Merry decided a different tactic was needed, so trotted over to her local Cat-tomitrist office. She was shocked to learned that there were no such places!!! Then Merry smelled a dot calm opportunity... however Merry was still smarting over her last attempt at a business (but thats a different story). So at this point Merry got online and learned everything everything she could about being an eye doctor, after a few hours and a little nap, Merry decided to create a selft diagnostic tool for cats of all shapes and sizes could give themselves an eye(s) test.

After taking the test Merry was suprised to learned her eyesight was excellent! Merry was still perplexed about her foggy visioin... The only thing left to do was to nap on the issue. 18 hours later, Merry woke up walked over to the window and found when she looked outside things were clear as day! Then Merry finally reallized that it must have been this thing called smog she's heard so much of on the radio. Being an 'indoor' cat Merry was still getting use to understanding all the things that happens on the outside.

Merry was sooo happy, she ate some crunchies and decided to have a celebritory nap for 4 hours.
