Location Found in the park at Fieldgate Drive and Kirkwall Crescent.

The name Bethesda Common recognizes that Bethesda of Forest Glen United Church resided on this property from 1970 to 2004. During that period the property was used for religious worship, community nursery care, youth groups, social support groups, a community concert series, community meetings and festivals, English as a second language training and as community green space.

The property was acquired by the City of Mississauga in 2004 to meet the needs for additional parkland in this established neighbourhood ( Applewood Hills ).
