Chappell House is located within Riverwood Park. It currently serves as the offices for The Riverwood Conservancy.

The original mural depicted here above the mantel was painted circa 1936 by Estelle M. Kerr, younger sister to Ida Parker. The hand painted mural depicts the property, wit an artistic interpretation, as it would have been at the time. By this point the Parker family had been living full time at Riverwood for over ten years and had developed the property at its utmost advantage of both the built and natural environment. The hearth, at the centre of the living room, was a focus of warmth and joy the property brought to the family and friends.
