Hurontario and North Service Road The Cooksville Creek Trail runs along Cooksville Creek from the QEW to Burnhamthorpe Road East. A tunnel under the QEW and a boulevard trail along Hurontario Street, while not signed as part of the trail, provide a link south to just north of Port Credit.

In the south, the trail follows Camilla Road up to Paisley Boulevard East, and then goes off onto its own alignment along the creek. After a few jogs along streets in Cooksville, it heads into Richard Jones Park, then crosses under the Canadian Pacific railway, emerging to the north as one of Mississauga Valleys' greenways. It then continues into Mississauga Valley Park, with two interchanges with Mississauga Valley Boulevard and one with Central Parkway East. It tapers off into a narrow dirt path north of Mississauga Valley Park and ends on the south side of Burnhamthorpe Road after a steep ascent.

Bishopstoke Walk continues north of Burnhamthorpe along Cooksville Creek, but it is not yet connected to Cooksville Creek Trail.
