Keith Garebian is a local author, he is an award-winning writer of non-fiction and poetry. The author of 17 books and a chapbook, he is a widely published theatre writer and poet, with ground-breaking studies of William Hutt, Christopher Newton's Shavian productions, classic Broadway musicals, and narrative poems on Frida Kahlo and Derek Jarman. He is also the only person to have won the Mississauga Arts Award for Writing twice (2000, 2008).
