Tenth Line, often signed Tenth Line West, is a street west of and parallel to Winston Churchill Boulevard, running 8.4 km from Eglinton Avenue to a cul-de-sac at Highway 401. It has on-street parking and bike lanes for most of its length.

Tenth Line runs through Churchill Meadows south of Britannia Road and in between Lisgar and Meadowvale north of it.

Originally a concession road of Halton Township, it was incorporated into Mississauga when regional government began in 1974, and development started shortly after in 1979 along the east side between Britannia and Derry. Full build-out was reached in 2015 with the Agro Park development (former McCracken farm) south of Thomas Street.
