2011-09-30 07:37:12   I had a craving for burgers yesterday afternoon, I think it might have been because I updated the bugers page on the wiki. I hopped on the bus and headed down to Port Credit, I hadn't been there for a while.

I wandered into the Pump House Grill and wasn't sure what they had on the menu. I asked to ponder the menu for a minute to see if anything appealed to me. They have six different types of burgers so I decide to try one of them.

The Pump House had about a dozen people seated inside when I went in. I felt the staff were pretty friendly. The space is well laid out with the seating and tables. I was by the window overlooking Lakeshore Road East, the window was open and was really enjoying the breeze off the lake.

I ordered the Classic burger and a coke. According to their menu the Classic burger is their "signature burger, homemade with 100% lean ground beef topped with aged cheddar, lettuce, bermude onion, tomato and pickle." I asked to hold off on the cheese. I had a choice of fries, soup or a house salad. I went for the fries.

Overall I enjoyed the food. I liked the presentation which was nice and simple. My food was hot when it came to my table. I liked the fact the burger wasn't so big that I had trouble taking a bite out of it. It was a good burger.

My bill came to $16.95 with tax (before tip).

Would I go there again?

Yeah I would, I enjoyed the atmoshpere and the burger satisfied my craving. I think it's a good place to go with a group of friends. —AmirSyed
