Tech Team 2 Go

I hired Tech Team 2 Go (408-978-0806) to resolve an internet connectivity problem. I called around 11:30am, and one of their techs was here at 1:30pm. He resolved the problem in less than half an hour, and since their minimum charge is for one hour ($110 for the first hour; $100/hr after that in half hour increments), he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to do. I've had a couple of small pesky things going on that he was able to resolve in another 10-15 minutes, so I got everything fixed in under an hour with full explanations of what was going on. I was VERY happy with the service I received and will call them right away, if I ever need this sort of help again. I strongly recommend this company. -cjasper December, 2007

My friend from Germany needed help with her Lenovo laptop (using Vista OS, in German). They helped her with her various issues. The first visit cost $98 ($49/hr). About 1 week later, she needed some more trouble shooting, and they charged her an additional $49 (worked far more than 1 hour's worth), but they did a great job and even came by her house and picked up the laptop for the 2nd "fix".
