I needed a document notarized on 4 pages. UPS on Castro would charge $40 @ $10/signature. I read about "Ikebe Ron Notary Public" with great reviews on Yelp. His charge is $10 for first and $5 for each additional. This is very useful when you have multiple signatures. The cost can really add up. I went by this morning and he in fact charged only $10 for all 4 signatures since they are same document. He makes house calls as well with extra $10 for the drive.
