Greg Love was the inspector who came out yesterday and did a very thorough job, almost two hours! The cost was $275.00, but i paid at time of inspection so it was $250.00.

He was inside, outside, under, and inside closets and garage. He took off his shoes when he came inside and was pleasant and informative. He advised me of things like: water heater old so keep an eye on it, where there was water damage before, some possible future trouble spots for water leakage that could host termites. he took time to explain what to look for, some other pests (carpenter bees), gave me a recommendation for cockroach control - i'll email to anyone who wants the name, #.

All in all, i am very satisfied and thank all who recommended this company, I benefitted from your experience.

I second what Debbie says about Franz Termite. I have used the services of many other termite companies and have ended up endorsing Franz the most. They are honest, prompt, pleasant, and do very good work. They will not overinspect or underinspect. Greg Love or Michael Judas are their best inspectors - both very experienced and knowledgeable.

We used them to tent and spray our house prior to moving in (2007). They did an excellent and thorough job. What really impressed me was that I called them back 2 years later for a rodent problem. The man thoroughly inspected the property and since he didn't find any openings for the rats to get in, he offered to set and leave a trap under the house for no charge. He even offered to return and dispose of the rat if I didn't want to do it. This was excellent customer service in my opinion.
