Getting there & maps
There is a parking lot and trailhead on Colesville Road (just north of Four Corners) across the street from the Trader Joe's.
From the trailhead you can either go north or south. If you go north, there are trails on both sides of the river. The trail is not very difficult, but it does have gentle ups and downs allowing for various views of the river and surrounding forest.
