MISSION STATEMENT

Our Mission is to:
Collect and preserve the history of Mypolonga and surrounding areas.
To educate the community and others about our local history
To honour our Mypolonga pioneers.
MEETINGS
Are held on the 1st Monday of each month.
MYPOLONGA HISTORY GROUP CONSIST OF-
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee & Social Members.
LOCATION
Mypolonga Institute Office, Green Street, Mypolonga.
WE LIASE TO
Rural City of Murray Bridge Team Leaders
WE LIASE & REPORT TO
A Team Leader at the Rural City of Murray Bridge, who
regularly attends our meetings.
FINANCE, FUNDS & GRANTS
Our treasurer reports on our finances at each monthly meeting.
History Trust Grant monies are to be held in an established operating account named ‘Mypolonga History Group’, at the People’s Choice Credit Union, Murray Bridge
This account is managed by a minimum of two signatories who are members of the Mypolonga History Museum.
Our Team Leader with the Rural City of Murray Bridge is aware and supportive of the way
we manage our funds.
