Fairly, proportionately and without bias defines Wikipedia. While NPOV affords Neutral Point of View in factual pages such as in the case of Events, Historical and Scientific data, our Wiki should be our voice. Creating an arena for the Collective Consciousness, should open doors and windows to viewing the community in which we live through lenses we would otherwise not. This will give us the opportunity to take from it an omniscience in perspective, thereby affording us the vision and ability to make changes where change might be needed. Diversity should be of great value in a community based wiki and presentation of the array of points of view and opinions are all valuable and reflective of the community. As such, our freedom of speech always carries certain expectations about responsibilities of speech; a mutualistic balance.

Historically, the composition of a Wiki, is commentary. In a perfect wiki world, if enough people weigh in their own perspective(s) the wiki beams will be balanced. Inevitably, if the community as a whole is biased in one direction of preference, the end result will be disproportionate; and that is ok. The wiki should represent the cumulative perspective of the community. Wikipedia is only 1/2 wiki in it's marriage to encyclopedia; a union of wiki software and fact. The notion of neutrality is a descendant of the  "-pedia" part of Wikipedia, not the Wiki partner. The Trojan wiki should aim capture the essence of the Troy community. Eliminating community perspective from the topics turns the wiki into a mere collection trivia (and database of perhaps otherwise useless information). For a fabulous more comprehensive database, we can look outside the Local Wiki platform(s). The Wiki is Troy…. from the Trojan perspective.
