The 5920 San Pablo Mural is located on the front of the building at that address in Golden Gate/Paradise Park. It was painted by Arnold White in 2001 when the city of Oakland agreed to contribute $10,000 to a program to clean up the area. 1 The owner of the building at the time was Lottie Rose.
