Abbey Arms Apartments is an 18 unit apartment at 595 Merritt Avenue in Cleveland Heights. They were built in 1927; Ephraim Field was the architect and manager of construction.
When built, they included Spark stoves, Marshall and Stearns wall beds, and hardware from Simon Hardware.
